While striving to subvert and transform our economy into something more sustainable, equitable, and gift-oriented, I survive under capitalism as a consultant. I contract most often with nonprofits, educational institutions, and individuals who seek help to:
- develop and implement climate justice curricula
- organize events or actions within the Massachusetts Climate movement
- practice radical listening (drawing on Nonviolent Communication & Center for Courage and Renewal)
- build focused and equitable coalitions, build long-lasting, coherent, equitable relationships and systems
- name, navigate, harness tension and conflict; repair harm—especially across age differences
Current long-term contracts
- Clean Water Massachusetts: co-manage their Youth Action Collaborative program and train and coach the graduates of this program in the YAC Alumni Node (2024 – present)
- Energy Allies/Solar United Neighbors: develop and then facilitate an energy justice curriculum for organizers and other nonprofit workers to incorporate principles of energy justice into their work (2024 – present)
- Heart-to-Heart: develop and co-facilitate a radical listening program and practice space for anyone concerned about our relationship to and treatment of the Earth (2024 – present)
